The notices (FR Docs. 2026-22282, 2026-22311, 2026-22342) were placed on public inspection October 30, 2026 at 8:45 a.m. and are scheduled for publication November 2, 2026. Full versus expedited five-year reviews
Under 19 U.S.C. 1675(c), the Commission decides whether revocation of an AD or CVD order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. Full reviews include a more complete record and a hearing schedule. Expedited reviews proceed on a shorter path when group responses support that choice. An affirmative ITC sunset determination, together with Commerce's likelihood finding, means the order continues; Commerce then publishes the continuation notice. These ITC notices do not set or change cash deposit rates.
