A notification under 15 CFR 400.22 asks the Board to authorize described finished products and foreign-status materials/components. Under 15 CFR 400.14(b), authorized production activity is limited to the specific finished products and foreign-status components described in the notification and subsequently authorized. Interested parties may comment to the Board's Executive Secretary; the closing period for receipt is December 9, 2026 (send comments through the Board's published comment channel, not reproduced here).
