Ltd.; Otani Radial Co., Ltd. / Otani Tire Co., Ltd.; and Sentury Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Rescinded companies are assessed at the cash deposit rate required at entry. Commerce intends to issue those rescission instructions no earlier than 35 days after this notice, which by our count is November 13, 2026.
