Commerce published final results of the 2024-2025 antidumping administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand. FR Doc. 2026-20488 (91 FR 63527; A-549-822) is applicable October 6, 2026. Commerce made no changes from the Preliminary Results (91 FR 27255, May 14, 2026).
Final margins unchanged from prelim: Thai Union single entity 1.76%; Thai Royal 0.00%; review-specific rate for 15 non-examined companies 1.76%. Cash deposits at the new rates for entries on or after Oct 6, 2026.

The Thai Union single entity in these final results is Thai Union Group Public Co., Ltd.; Thai Union Seafood Co., Ltd.; Pakfood Public Company Limited; Asia Pacific (Thailand) Co. Ltd.; Chaophraya Cold Storage Co., Ltd.; and Takzin Samut Co., Ltd. The Order dates to February 1, 2005 (70 FR 5145).
No shipments and non-examined companies
Commerce continues to find no shipments during the POR for the Rubicon Group, Marine Gold Products Ltd., and Thai Union Manufacturing Company Limited. The 15 non-examined companies assigned the 1.76% review-specific rate include CP Merchandising Company Limited / Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Co., Ltd. and affiliates, Kitchens of the Ocean (Thailand), Seafresh Industry Public Co., Ltd. / Seafresh Fisheries, Yeenin Frozen Foods Co., Ltd., and others listed in Appendix II of the notice.
Cash deposits, assessment, and importer certificate
- Cash deposits at the new company rates apply to subject merchandise entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after October 6, 2026. The all-others rate stays 5.34%.
- Assessment instructions to CBP no earlier than 35 days after publication. Automatic assessment at 5.34% applies to reseller entries where Thai Royal or Thai Union did not know the merchandise was destined for the United States.
- Reimbursement certificate under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) before liquidation, or Commerce may presume reimbursement and assess double AD duties.
Comment 1: whether to grant Thai Union a level of trade adjustment and/or a constructed export price (CEP) offset. Comment 2: whether the price difference test's two-percent threshold is appropriate.
