Commerce published preliminary results for the Republic of Korea certain steel nails antidumping administrative review (A-580-874) covering July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The notice is applicable October 8, 2026 (91 FR 64331; FR Doc. 2026-20694).
Order: 80 FR 39994 (July 13, 2015). Review initiated 90 FR 41043 (August 22, 2025). Mandatory respondents: Je-il Wire Production Co., Ltd. (Je-il; listed in the rate table as Je-il Co., Ltd.) and Korea Wire Co., Ltd. (KOWIRE). Deadlines were tolled 47 days (November 14, 2025) plus 21 days (November 24, 2025) because of the federal government shutdown, then extended further; the preliminary deadline moved to no later than October 5, 2026.

Commerce is rescinding the review for Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd., Jinsco International Corp., and Peace Korea Co., Ltd. because there were no reviewable, suspended entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Rescinded companies are assessed at the cash deposit rate required at entry. Commerce intends to issue those rescission instructions no earlier than 35 days after this notice, which by our count is November 12, 2026.
Briefing calendar and cash deposits
- Case briefs: due 21 days after publication, which by our count is October 29, 2026. File via ACCESS by 5:00 p.m. ET.
- Rebuttal briefs: 5 days after case briefs, which by our count is November 3, 2026.
