Final rate and partial rescission

  • Navpad Pigments Private Limited: final net countervailable subsidy rate 2.81% ad valorem. Commerce made certain changes from the Preliminary Results (91 FR 37392, June 23, 2026) after comments. The single comment concerned a calculation error in the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee (ECLG) Scheme.
