What INT-062 is (and is not)
ACE Manifest Modernization Release 3-Ocean (INT-062)
Scope: technical migration of back-end ocean manifest functionality
Will NOT directly affect ACE user experience or EDI behavior
CERT: available now · PROD: scheduled October 24, 2026
This is a back-end cutover, not a new ocean manifest data set or a redesign of the ACE screens trade uses day to day. Filers should not expect a change in how ocean EDI looks or behaves at the interface layer. The point of CERT testing is confirming that responses still match what your software expects after the migration.
What trade software developers should do
- Transmit to CERT: CBP says trade software developers may send transmissions to CERT to confirm expected responses before the October 24 PROD window.
- Regression-test ocean paths: Exercise the ocean manifest flows your product actually ships (create, amend, status, query) even though CBP states UX and EDI behavior are not directly changed.
- Log anomalies early: If CERT returns something unexpected, take it to your assigned Client Representative with the COR/transaction identifiers before PROD.
